Charities Trust is committed to providing as full a service as is feasible during this uncertain time, with our absolute priority being to get payments processed through to the charities and good causes as quickly as possible. We do, however, need to balance this with acting responsibly towards our staff.
To aid this, and in line with the Government’s recommendations, most staff are now working from home. The small number of staff still visiting the office do so within significantly reduced hours and only for essential tasks which cannot be undertaken remotely. This action is as a result of efforts being made to reduce social contact so we can do our part in preventing the spread of the virus. We will continue to monitor this.
